Deering Bay Yacht & Country Club reflects an elegant but relaxed lifestyle. There are, however, certain rules that serve to maintain an atmosphere of respect and consideration for all members and their guests.

Country Club casual attire is required in the Dining areas of the Club. T-Shirts and are not permitted in any dining area after 5:00 pm and shorts are permitted only in the Bar/Lounge area until sundown. Blue Jeans may be worn at any time except after 5:00 pm in the Formal Dining room. Workout clothing is permitted at the Continental Breakfast service until 11:00 am. Gentlemen are expected to remove their hats whenever entering the Club’s dining areas.

Use of cell phones is not permitted in any of the Club’s dining areas and Fitness Center.

Golf Course and Practice Range require collared, turtleneck or mock turtleneck shirts and appropriate golfing shorts, pants or skirts. Golf shoes must have non-metal spikes and shirts must be tucked in at all times.

Racquet courts require appropriate athletic clothing and footwear at all times.

Appropriate swimming attire is required while in the Pool area. Cover-ups and footwear must be worn in all areas away from the pool.

Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times in the Fitness Center.

The Club’s standards of dress are required for all members and guests over 12 years of age.
